How do you make mental health open to discussion at school? Sometimes art is a good starting point.
This week at the Hermann Wesselink College, the Mental Health Art Tour was opened by alderman Saloua Chaara and principal Bert Kozijn. The exhibition features portraits of well-known Dutch people who speak openly about their mental health, insecurities and resilience. We hope it helps our pupils to reflect and talk about how they are really doing.
This travelling exhibition can be seen at the HWC until 11 September inclusive.
