I very much enjoy working in education. Inspiring people and organisations is of great interest to me. I find my inspiration primarily in the wonder of the immense diversity in which and with which people shape their motivations. Working in secondary education offers ample scope for this. I naturally adopt a curious approach: what matters truly to you and where do you want to connect your energy?
The Hermann Wesselink College is a secondary school with the motto: everyone is equal here, but no one is the same. This means that at our school you are allowed to be who you are and that you treat others as you wish to be treated yourself. It also means that we want to help you develop as broadly as possible into a global citizen and discover where your talents lie: in the areas of languages, STEM subjects, or arts and culture. And even if things don't go so easily or if you're not feeling great, we will try to offer you support.
In short: we are a school where we look out for one another, where we accept each other, and where we encourage each other.
