On an excursion to Xanten

Gymnasium 3 traveled to the archaeological park Xanten in Germany in October. During workshops, students cast their own coins, made Roman washbasins, and toured the museum.

After lunch in the town of Xanten (where German could be practiced to the fullest)
The students themselves led their groups around a Roman bathhouse, temple, and amphitheater. On the way back, we ate a delicious pizza together!

A successful day full of history, German culture and fun!
