On 20 May, the vwo 5 computer science students went on a field trip to Delta in Helmond for a robotics workshop. The students had already delved into this subject during their computer science lessons.
Delta is located at the Automotive Campus in Helmond, an environment where companies and education collaborate on technological innovation and smart mobility. The company focuses on industrial automation, among other things, and works with technologies such as robots, sensors, and smart control systems.
During the workshop, students were introduced to practical applications of robotics. They received an explanation of how robots are used in industry and also got hands-on experience with programming and controlling robots.
A nice.
