Singer and songwriter, Mufaro Kambarami, presented an inspirational music workshop to the International Crossover Class on Monday the 23rd of May. Originally from Zimbabwe, Mufaro grew up in The Netherlands and completed her studies in music and song writing at Berklee College of Music in the USA.
As part of the workshop, she performed two of her own compositions. Going by the students’ reactions (see the photos), it is clear just how impressed they were. The vocal exercises Mufaro did with the class will also stand them in good stead as they are currently preparing for their upcoming musical, Beauty and the Beast, which will be performed in the Aula on the 8th of July.
