On Tuesday, March 12th, the International Crossover Class embarked on an exciting journey to the Fun Center in Amstelveen as part of the HWC activities week. Located just a stone's throw away from school, we wasted no time getting there and were soon immersed in the adrenaline-pumping world of trampolining.
Not only did the students eagerly bounce around, but even the teachers couldn't resist joining in. They quickly discovered firsthand the physical demands of trampolining, leading to some amusing moments that we won't divulge here. Suffice it to say, it was an unforgettable experience filled with laughter and camaraderie.
Following our trampolining adventure, we delved into the exhilarating realm of laser tag. Splitting into teams, the girls, led by Mr. Frick, faced off against the boys, led by Ms. Stone. While the boys dominated the first round with their impressive skills, the girls rallied together, employing ingenious teamwork tactics that turned the tables in the second round.
In retrospect, the Fun Center truly lives up to its name. It provided us with an abundance of laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. We can't wait to see what other adventures await us in the future!
